Last week we were excited to welcome Guide Dogs SA/NT Chief Executive Officer, Aaron Chia, Board Member, Katie Sarah, and their four-legged friend, Esky, to join CMV Group Foundation Trustees Paul, David and Michael Crawford, for an exciting vehicle handover at CMI Toyota West Terrace.
Thanks to support from the CMV Group Foundation (formed by our parent company, the CMV Group), Guide Dogs SA/NT were able to update their old fleet of Community Volunteer vehicles with three new Toyota Corolla Hybrids.
These vehicles will play a vital role in enabling the Guide Dogs SA/NT clinicians to travel safely across South Australia and the Northern Territory to provide their vital services to people with vision impairment or blindness.
CMV Group Foundation Trustee, David Crawford says, “On behalf of the Crawford family and the CMV Group Foundation, we are proud to support the life changing services Guide Dogs SA/NT provide within our community.
“It is wonderful to know that the vehicles supplied by CMI Toyota will play an important role in ensuring the Guide Dogs SA/NT clinicians will be able to travel safely across SA and NT.
“We enjoyed having the chance to learn more about the incredible programs and personalised support Guide Dogs SA/NT offer clients to maximise their independence.”
We are extremely proud to be able to support the life changing services Guide Dogs SA/NT provide to those living with a vision impairment and we look forward to seeing the new vehicles out and about on the roads!
